As a Senior HR Business Partner at Vynca, you’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, mission-driven culture. You’ll partner with leaders across clinical operations, tech, and corporate functions to deliver strategic people solutions that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends day-to-day HR support with broader organizational impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-growth company, especially one balancing mission and scale.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Advising: Serve as a thought partner to Vynca’s functional leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, team effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
- Employee Relations: Manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, fairness, and alignment to Vynca’s values. Coach managers through performance conversations and conflict resolution.
- Talent Enablement: Support performance reviews, career pathing, manager capability building, and team development efforts.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, role clarity, and succession planning to support growth and scalability.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that foster inclusion, well-being, and a strong sense of purpose. Lead follow-through on engagement survey actions.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure policies and practices are compliant across multi-state operations, particularly in highly regulated environments (e.g., California).
- Data-Informed Decisions: Use people analytics to inform strategy, identify trends, and develop targeted interventions.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager or similar role.
- Experience working in a remote-first, multi-state organization.
- Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or tech-enabled clinical services required.
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance in multi-state environments.
- A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and how to tailor programs for a growing workforce—from onboarding to leadership development.
- Skilled at building relationships, coaching leaders, navigating complex people issues, and compliance in a highly regulated or healthcare-related field.
- Comfort using data to guide conversations, drive initiatives, and influence decisions.
- A collaborative, coaching-oriented approach to working with people at all levels of the organization.
- A flexible mindset and the ability to operate effectively in an environment that’s fast-paced and always evolving.

Compensation Range: $115K - $135K
