A leading company in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead strategic HR initiatives, mentor the HRBP team, and improve HR processes across the organization. The role involves significant employee engagement, leadership collaboration, and employee relations management, offering a robust compensation package and career growth opportunities.
Senior HRBP will be responsible for strategic HR initiatives across the organization as well as their respective areas of business. They are responsible for the partnering with the HR leads to ensure effective execution of processes and recommend improvements to policies and processes when needed. They will be a mentor to the HRBP team and be involved with training and development of the HRBP’s.
Strategic Business Partner
The Senior HRBP provides coaching and guidance to leaders and partners to identify strategic solutions to accomplish business objectives. They will lead multiple initiatives in the organization and work closely with leadership on implementation
