The Prince George's County OHRM is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill a Senior Human Resources Analyst(Human Resources Analyst 3G) position, Grade G24, in the People Operations Division.
This is senior level professional, analytical and administrative position serving a variety of human resources programs, on a rotational basis. Incumbent will focus on areas such as classification and compensation, recruitment and examination, employee and labor relations, training and career development, background and compliance, and quality assurance, as well as other human resources functions with the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM). The person selected may lead and/or provide technical guidance to subordinate positions in conjunction with specified projects and will serve to fill operational gaps within the agency as needed.
