Job summary

Prince George's County Government's Office of Human Resources Management is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst (Analyst 3G), Grade G24, in the People Operations Division. The role encompasses classification and compensation, recruitment and examination, employee and labor relations, training and development, background and compliance, and QA tasks.

The analyst may lead teams, provide guidance on projects, and fill operational gaps, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of professional-level HR experience are required.
• Equivalency of education, experience, and training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to exchange information, coordinate assignments, finalize tasks, and resolve complex HR matters.
• Collaborate with upper management, supervisors, and employees in other County departments to inform policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures on request.
• Participate in recruitment events and new employee training as assigned.
• Complete, analyze and validate personnel actions.
