Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree with extensive data science experience and leadership responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in research methods, study design, and program evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL with experience delivering models and decision-support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Data and Analytics function and manage data engineers and scientists.
• Advise senior leadership on research methodologies, data collection, and program evaluation.
• Design defensible evaluations and ROI analyses with appropriate models and transparent methods.
• Establish analytical standards and governance, ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
• Produce reports and dashboards translating findings for government leadership.
