Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist II to support Human Performance analytics for SOF personnel. You will enter and clean data, apply advanced analytics, and help develop dashboards and reports used by commanders and HP leaders.

You will collaborate with coaches, statisticians and cognitive specialists to improve readiness and performance, with ongoing access to government systems for data management and analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in quantitative science, social science or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of research experience in academic, social services, government, healthcare or laboratory settings.
• Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R) and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, organization skills and HP/government research experience.

• Enter, clean, and analyze HP data collected through program initiatives.
• Develop performance dashboards and readiness trends for leadership.
• Collaborate with performance teams and statisticians to evaluate indicators.
