Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to act as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF at USSOCOM. The role drives readiness, policy recommendations, and evidence-based program support for SOF personnel and their families.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance eligibility are required. The position emphasizes strategic planning, cross-agency collaboration, and mentoring a network of health and performance professionals to enhance mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of consulting experience in designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred and professional licensure where applicable.
• Demonstrates ability to develop solutions and standards for complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and summarize facts to certify or non-certify requested treatments.
• Provide written clinical rationales for Workers' Compensation cases.
• Review, organize and identify all medical records for workers' comp cases.
• Monitor timeliness of reviews to ensure standards are met.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration for HP readiness.
• Mentor a network of embedded health/performance professionals.
• Drive training, research, and communications for human performance initiatives.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leaders across USSOCOM.
