Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor (HPA) to provide strategic guidance, program oversight, and technical expertise for the POTFF program, aimed at optimizing the performance and well-being of SOF personnel and their families. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility. It supports enterprise HP services, policy development, training, and evidence-based program support across USSOCOM POTFF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Current certifications, licensure, and credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and certify or non-certify treatments with written rationales.
• Provide written clinical rationales for workers' compensation cases.
• Review medical records for workers' comp cases.
• Monitor timeliness to meet standards.
• Lead and participate in enterprise meetings and strategic planning.
