Qualifications
- Required: Ph.D. in Cognitive, Experimental, or Industrial Psychology; Neuroscience; Industrial & Systems Engineering; or Human Factors
- Required: 5+ years of work experience in human factors litigation consulting including inspections, reporting, and testifying
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Preferred: BCPE Board Certification and/or Professional Engineer License
- Preferred: Experience with perception‑response time, nighttime visibility, driver detection distances, and ADAS
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a legal consulting practice
- Complete site inspections
- Meet with colleagues, clients, and other professionals to discuss cases or projects
- Prepare expert reports and affidavits
- Organize and retrieve case files including evidence and deposits
- Provide deposition and trial testimony
- Maintain records of billable hours
