Rimkus is seeking a senior consultant to join our Forensic Human Factors group in Houston, TX. You will manage a range of consulting projects, conduct field investigations, and prepare expert reports and affidavits.

You will analyze statutes and standards, maintain case files, provide deposition and trial testimony, and contribute to business development while upholding rigorous confidentiality. This salaried role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• PhD preferred; BCPE certification or PE license an advantage.
• Experience in human factors litigation consulting preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a legal/proactive consulting practice.
• Complete site and product inspections and research standards.
• Prepare expert reports, deposition summaries, and affidavits.
• Provide deposition and trial testimony when needed.
• Maintain case files and billable hours records.
