Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Human-Centered Change Manager within Experience Services, Professional Services. This role guides customers to rethink change, delivers HCC engagements, and leads change management activities with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with account leadership and project teams, coaching leaders and staff while advancing design thinking and AI-enabled change approaches. Travel up to 50% may be required with on-site customer work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Levers & ADKAR).
• Experience leading Business Value, Design Thinking, or Human-Centered Change workstreams.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to articulate Human-Centered Change value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Develop and execute holistic change strategies for complex transformations.
• Integrate human-centered service design and behavioral science methods.
• Facilitate cross-functional partnerships to implement new ways of working.
• Drive senior leadership alignment and executive sponsorship.
