The position is based in Washington, DC and focuses on government recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and organizational change.

The role requires leading teams, coordinating with Government HR, and ensuring service quality while safeguarding sensitive personnel information.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant human capital or workforce-support experience, including 3+ leading teams or workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead support for Government recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, competency development, and organizational change.
• Coordinate with Government HR and the analytics and learning teams on workforce needs.
• Direct work assignments, monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.
• Federal workforce support and coordination with Government HR.
• Recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and workforce planning support.
• Service-quality management and protection of sensitive personnel information.
