Job summary

MacMore LLC is actively seeking a full-time Program Manager in Washington, DC to lead delivery for a pending General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) contract. The role requires coordination across multiple task areas, interfacing with Government leadership, and building high-performing teams to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• DAWIA certification or a comparable federal acquisition credential.
• Significant DoD and/or GSA acquisition experience.
• Process-improvement experience, Six Sigma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience managing staff across multiple labor categories.
• Experience delivering under fixed-price contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across all task areas, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost commitments.
• Serve as the primary contractor POC for Government leadership and build trusted relationships.
• Translate client priorities into clear work plans, milestones, staffing decisions, and outcomes.
• Build and mentor a strong staff, teaming partners, and specialists.
• Apply analytics, automation, and approved AI capabilities to improve workflows and decisions.
• Lead change management so new processes and tools are adopted across the organization.
