Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Human Capital Analytics Lead to drive advanced workforce analytics for a federal customer. You will work across large HR datasets, build executive dashboards, develop predictive models, and translate findings for leadership.

The role combines strong SQL, Python/R/SAS, data visualization, and statistical modeling with automation of workflows and AI/ML capabilities for Human Capital analytics. Seniority MID to SENIOR with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing automated dashboards for executive-level audiences.
• Minimum 3 years of SQL database querying experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Python, R, SAS, or a comparable scripting/data manipulation language.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with large and complex datasets, including 1M+ records.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems or data sources.
• Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience automating data processes and analytical workflows.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex workforce and Human Capital data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain automated executive-level HR dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Build statistical and predictive models to support workforce planning and HR decision-making.
• Query, clean, normalize, and integrate large datasets from multiple HR systems.
• Develop SQL queries and use Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
• Automate recurring data processes, reporting, and analytical workflows.
• Support data quality, validation, migration, and integration with IT.
• Apply AI/ML and LLM technologies to improve HR analytics.
• Create data visualizations and BI products using Tableau/Power BI.
• Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
• Ensure reports and dashboards meet quality and performance standards.
