JLL is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Security and Environment Manager to develop and lead HSSE programs across healthcare facilities and client portfolios. You will guide incident investigations, risk assessments, and training, while coordinating with facilities management to sustain high safety standards.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong communication with executives, and the ability to embed HSSE best practices into daily operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental management, preferably in healthcare facilities or corporate environments.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and related HSSE legislation.
• Understanding of Joint Commission survey process and healthcare accreditation standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HSSE programs that reduce incidents.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSSE management systems meeting local, national, and international regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident and accident investigations using root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Design and deliver HSSE training programs for all levels, from frontline staff to executives.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on compliance strategies and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with facilities management teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain HSSE standards.
• Prepare dashboards and reports tracking HSSE metrics for client stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact during emergencies, coordinating response efforts with authorities and teams.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement initiatives and continuous improvement.
