Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager based in Dallas, TX to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality activities across the region. You will develop the HSEQ team, integrate Keller standards into project planning, and drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and incident investigations.

The role partners with Operations and project teams to implement practical safety controls, oversee inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OSH or closely related field.
• At least seven years of construction safety experience including leadership.
• Experience supervising safety professionals across multiple projects.
• Formal incident investigation and root-cause analysis training.
• Current OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization for construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate HSEQ Coordinators and Senior Coordinators; manage staffing and development.
• Implement Keller HSEQ standards and improvement initiatives for project planning and execution.
• Partner with Operations to assess risks and establish practical controls for high-risk activities.
• Promote pretask planning, site orientations, subcontractor competency, Stop Work Authority, and MOC.
• Conduct inspections, verifications, and audits; communicate findings and verify corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; coordinate notifications and actions.
• Deliver training, assess competency, and maintain training records.
• Monitor OSHA, environmental, DOT, state/local requirements for projects.
• Analyze leading and lagging indicators and report trends to leadership.
• Maintain HSEQ records and OSHA documentation in Keller systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Risk Management, and Operations on injuries and return-to-work.
• Support environmental planning, spill response, and QA with Ops and specialists.
• Coordinate external HSEQ matters with the HSEQ Director and with clients/regulators.
