Keller in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to promote a positive safety culture and provide leadership to the HSEQ team. You will drive risk assessment, audits, and training across projects, with a strong focus on incident investigations and corrective actions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field, 7+ years of construction safety experience, and a proven track record in safety leadership and program implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety experience.
• 2+ years in safety leadership/management.
• Experience supervising safety professionals across multiple projects.
• Formal incident investigation and root-cause analysis training.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and evaluate HSEQ Coordinators and Senior Coordinators.
• Implement Keller HSEQ standards and improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations to assess risks and establish controls.
• Promote predefined safety processes and management of change.
• Conduct inspections, verifications, and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Lead major incident investigations and report findings.
• Deliver training and maintain training records.
• Monitor OSHA, environmental and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Risk Management, and Operations on injuries.
