Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality activities in the Miami, FL region.

You will develop the HSEQ team, integrate Keller standards into project planning, and drive continuous improvement across operations and projects. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, investigations, and training, coordinating incident response, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental requirements while partnering with HR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or closely related field is required.
• Minimum seven years of progressive construction safety experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience supervising safety professionals across multiple projects and programs.
• Formal incident investigation and root-cause analysis training.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ Coordinators and manage staffing and development.
• Implement Keller HSEQ standards and drive risk-based improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations to establish practical controls for high-risk activities.
• Promote pretask planning, site orientations, and Stop Work Authority.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and communicate corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate lessons learned.
• Deliver training and maintain training records.
• Monitor OSHA, environmental, DOT, and local requirements.
• Analyze TRIR/DART trends and report to leadership.
• Maintain HSEQ records and documentation in Keller systems.
• Coordinate injury management and return-to-work with HR and Risk.
• Support environmental planning and project quality assurance.
