Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager based in Miami, FL to lead health, safety, environment and quality programs across the region.

You will develop the HSEQ team, drive continuous improvement, and integrate Keller standards into project planning and field execution. You will oversee training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations while coordinating with operations to ensure robust risk controls on high‑risk construction activities.

Qualifikationen

• Seven years of progressive construction safety experience; two years in safety leadership or management.
• Experience supervising safety professionals across multiple projects and implementing safety programs, training, audits, and management reporting.
• Formal incident investigation and root-cause analysis training.
• Current OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization for construction (or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and evaluate HSEQ Coordinators and Senior Coordinators; establish performance expectations and staffing.
• Implement Keller HSEQ standards, operating system requirements, and improvement initiatives; advise leadership on risks and program improvements.
• Partner with Operations and project teams to assess risks and establish practical controls for high‑risk construction activities.
• Promote pretask planning, site orientations, subcontractor competency, Stop Work Authority, and Management of Change.
• Conduct and oversee inspections, verifications, and audits; communicate findings and verify corrective action effectiveness.
• Lead significant incident investigations and root‑cause analysis; coordinate notification, reporting, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Deliver training, assess competency, and maintain training records; encourage engagement and open reporting.
• Monitor OSHA, environmental, DOT, state/local and project-specific requirements.
• Analyze indicators and report trends and recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain HSEQ records and reporting through Keller systems.
• Collaborate on injury management, workers' compensation, and return-to-work activities.
