Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across the Dallas region.

You will develop the HSEQ team, apply Keller standards to project planning, and drive continuous improvement through effective risk controls and proactive leadership. The role requires guiding operations, conducting inspections and investigations, delivering training, managing records, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Sciences, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years progressive construction safety experience, incl. 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience supervising safety professionals across multiple projects and leading programs.
• Formal incident investigation and root-cause analysis training.
• OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization for construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate HSEQ Coordinators and Senior Coordinators; coordinate staffing and development.
• Implement Keller HSEQ standards and advise leadership on risks and improvements.
• Partner with Operations to assess risks and establish practical controls for high-risk activities.
• Promote pretask planning, site orientations, subcontractor competency, Stop Work Authority, and Change Management.
• Conduct inspections, verifications, audits; communicate findings and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; coordinate actions and lessons learned.
• Deliver training and maintain training records; encourage open reporting.
• Monitor OSHA, environmental, DOT, state and local requirements.
• Analyze TRIR and DART; report trends and recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain HSEQ records and timely reporting; coordinate with Keller systems.
• Partner with HR, Risk and Operations on injury management and return-to-work.
• Support environmental planning and spill response with Operations and specialists.
• Coordinate external HSEQ matters with the HSEQ Director; interact with clients/regulators.
