Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking a Manager of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s HSE and regulatory compliance programs. This role partners with operations leaders to proactively identify and mitigate risk while supporting safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations for ASC’s business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, or related field.
• Safety certifications such as CSP, CIH, SMS, CHMM preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HSE experience in high-tech manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical expertise in HSE disciplines.
• Develop, monitor, and report on HSE objectives, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and implement HSE vision, policies, processes and procedures to drive performance.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to ensure facilities and safety systems are compliant.
• Manage annual HSE operating and capital budgets.
• Lead incident investigations using RCCA and related methodologies.
• Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.
• Perform routine examinations of operations for occupational exposure assessments.
• Lead Safety Committee and implement training programs.
• Oversee inspections, audits, and behavioral observation programs to ensure compliance.
