Job summary
Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) seeks a Manager of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) to lead strategy and compliance across manufacturing operations. You will partner with leadership to drive safe, compliant, and efficient processes while managing budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires 8+ years in HSE within high-tech manufacturing, ISO 14001/45001 familiarity, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IH, safety or environmental mgmt.
- Safety certifications preferred (CSP/CIH/SMS/CHMM).
- Experience driving HSE strategy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and technical expertise in HSE disciplines.
- Develop, monitor, and report on HSE objectives and metrics.
- Create and implement HSE vision, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with Operations to ensure facilities and safety systems are compliant.
- Develop and manage annual HSE budgets (operating and capital).
- Lead incident investigations using RCCA and corrective actions.
- Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.
- Lead workplace inspections and audits for continuous improvement.
