Job summary

ASRC Industrial is seeking a Health Safety Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead the company’s HSE program from our Houston, TX location. You will supervise two HSE Coordinators and coordinate with AIS Regional HSE Manager to support company objectives.

The role requires developing policies, ensuring OSHA/EPA/regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, leading investigations, and driving training and safety communications across operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable HSE requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's HSE program, providing guidance to management, supervisors, and employees.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, TCEQ) and conduct risk assessments, JHAs/JSAs, audits.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee HSE training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement programs.
