Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an HSE professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations; experience with state/local agencies.
• DOT hazmat, IMDG, IATA certifications preferred.
• Experience in chemical/pharma manufacturing and PSM environment.

Responsibilities

• PSM Chair: lead the PSM committee and track actions to maintain compliance.
• Oversee Management of Change process outside quality scope.
• Coordinate PHA revalidations and track actions.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; drive CAPAs and report results.
