Job summary

Seppic in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead all health, safety, and environmental functions on site. You will ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA and local regulations while aligning with Air Liquide group standards to sustain a safe, reliable operation.

As a member of the site leadership, you will own IMS responsibilities, drive CAPAs, manage MOC processes, coordinate audits, and mentor the HSE Specialist.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HSE experience in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship builder with stakeholders and regulators.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations; experience in PSM environments.

Responsibilities

• PSM Chair: lead the PSM committee and track actions for compliance.
• Oversee the MOC process for matters outside quality.
• Coordinate PHA revalidations and track actions.
• Investigation of incidents with root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Maintain robust emergency response and IMS alignment; lead audits.
