Job summary

Seppic, an Air Liquide Healthcare company, is seeking an HSE Manager for our Richmond, VA site. You will lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental functions, including PSM, IMS, and regulatory compliance, at a highly regulated facility.

This role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and collaboration with corporate and local teams. You will mentor the HSE Specialist, drive CAPA, manage environmental permits, and coordinate training and audits to ensure a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an HSE professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship builder with regulators and leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Chair PSM committee and track actions.
• Oversee Management of Change process.
• Coordinate PHA revalidations and track actions.
• Investigate incidents and drive CAPA.
• Maintain Emergency Action Plan and coordinate with HAZMAT responders.
• Own IMS compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee environmental permits and waste management.
• Lead safety training and audits.
