Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) Manager in Houston, TX to develop and implement HSE programs across divisions, safeguarding the workforce, the public, and the environment.

You will mentor HSE Specialists, ensure OSHA compliance, lead audits, coordinate with operations, and drive continuous improvement of the safety culture across multiple divisions and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HSE roles.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the HSE Management System.
• Communicate HSE metrics, programs and policy compliance to leadership.
• Review and improve HSE policies, training, incident response and disaster plans.
• Coordinate safety incidents and external crisis communications with executive team.
• Lead audits, schedule activities, and manage third-party safety vendors.
• Mentor HSE Specialists and ensure OSHA compliance across divisions.
• Drive safety culture and align initiatives with company goals.
• Ensure site compliance and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
