Sundt is seeking a Project HSE Manager to safeguard health and safety across projects. This role supports Sundt HS&E programs, progressing from entry-level Step I to Sr level, with opportunities to manage small through large, complex projects.

Responsibilities include hands-on safety leadership, plan development, incident response, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures across sites. The position emphasizes experience growth and adherence to company policy.

Qualifications

• Certifications/licenses preferred: STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP.
• Education: high school diploma minimum; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: at least one year of full-time project safety experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity for reporting incidents and upholding policy.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conducts frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conducts site-specific safety orientations.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitates the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manages emergencies, incidents, and worker's compensation claims.
• Reviews and files project safety documentation.
