Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project HSE Manager to support project teams and advance HS&E programs. This role progresses from entry to senior levels based on experience, with responsibilities to implement safety plans and mentor site staff.

The position emphasizes safety walks, orientations, and incident management, while ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory requirements across projects.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in professional contexts.
• High integrity for reporting incidents and events and upholding company policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent safety walks/inspections on the project and adjacent property.
• Conduct site-specific safety orientations.
• Create, update, maintain, and facilitate Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Create, update, maintain, and facilitate Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitate Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manage emergencies, incidents, and workers' compensation claims.
• Review and file project safety documentation.
