Job summary

Inchcape Asia Guam and Saipan is seeking an experienced HSE leader to implement and manage the global HSE program across the business units. You will drive safety culture, develop KPI reporting, and coordinate audits and training to minimize risk and injury costs.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory liaison, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to embed consistent HSE practices.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in OHS or safety science with leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing diverse business risks.
• Experience with Workers' Comp portfolios preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion HSE for the business and drive improvement actions.
• Conduct HSE audits and ensure compliance with group standards.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate HSE training programs.
• Manage injury management and return-to-work processes.
