A leading construction firm is seeking a Health and Safety Manager for projects in Guam. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, oversees multiple project sites, and implements health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in safety roles for large construction projects. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills are required. This position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $125,000 and comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive work experience in health and safety on $5M+ construction projects.
• Current passport required.
• Ability to work at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on construction projects.
• Oversee loss prevention across multiple projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess safety plan adherence.
