Job summary

The Walsh Group seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives for the Water Division in Arcadia, FL. The role drives site-specific EHS planning, audits, incident investigations, and training across complex projects.

You will report to project leadership, work with subcontractors, manage drug-free workplace policies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Travel to projects across the region may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans in coordination with PM and leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits.
• Plan and coordinate work to eliminate hazards and minimize risks.
• Conduct quarterly on-site EHS audits and inspections for compliance.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports for Project Management review.
• Provide EHS training and orientation for new hires.
• Manage Drug-Free Workplace policy and testing procedures.
• Deliver weekly EHS updates to leadership.
