Zusammenfassung

The Walsh Group is seeking an HSE Manager for the SW 10th project in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will lead the development and implementation of site-specific EHS plans, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements and driving continuous safety improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor EHS programs, conducting audits, and performing incident investigations while training personnel on EHS standards across the project. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or CHST certification.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the construction EHS field.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, and ability to prioritize, organize and manage time.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans in coordination with PM and management.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits.
• Plan to eliminate hazards, minimize risks, and manage losses.
• Conduct on-site EHS audits and incident investigations.
• Provide training on EHS requirements and coordinate new hire EHS orientation.
