Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for the Water Division in Bradenton, FL. You will lead the development and execution of site-specific health, safety, and environmental plans and drive compliance across projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and train personnel in EHS requirements. Travel across the United States may be required to support multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety/engineering or construction management.
• CHST certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction EHS experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans in coordination with Project Manager and leadership.
• Coordinate EHS protocols with subcontractors and vendors; ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Conduct quarterly on-site EHS audits and regulatory inspections.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Support Industrial Hygiene protocols and environmental monitoring.
• Manage Drug-Free Workplace policy and testing programs.
• Provide EHS training and orientation for new hires.
