Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead multiple teams and oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across several project sites.

The role emphasizes leadership development, hazard identification, incident investigation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment, and align corporate safety strategy

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 8 years related experience plus ASP certification or 11 years relevant experience and SMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and develop leaders across sites.
• Oversee implementation of HSE practices at project sites.
• Identify hazards and investigate incidents; train and mentor staff.
• Align safety strategy with field execution across construction and operations.
• Coordinate with corporate EHS and field teams to ensure consistent program rollout.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and contribute to safety initiatives.
