The role serves as the owner's senior HSE representative, overseeing EPC, EPCM, and construction safety performance across engineering, procurement, commissioning and startup phases. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, industrial hygiene, construction management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HSE experience; 10+ years on large industrial capital projects.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM delivery models and commissioning/startup activities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the HSE execution strategy and assurance program.
• Oversee contractor HSE performance across EPC/EPCM/construction activities.
• Lead hazard identification, risk management, and life-saving rule enforcement.
• Direct incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA/EPA and permit requirements.
• Promote environmental stewardship and waste/water management.
• Lead field safety engagements and permit-to-work systems.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Develop HSE dashboards and report to leadership.
