Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join the Richardson team. The role leads HSE programs, reports to the Sr.

Director HSE, and manages a team of HSE professionals in a fast-paced industrial setting. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in HSE leadership within construction/manufacturing environments, a strong grasp of OSHA standards, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive health and safety experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a compliance strategy; both Honeywell HSE Management System, and regulatory requirements.
• Heavy focus risk reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.
• Leading the execution of the HSS HSE vision and mission through deployment of the HSE Management System.
• Partner with the HSS and Richardson leadership to achieve the HSE goals and objectives.
• Ability to reduce the risk profile by identifying gaps through self-assessments and audits, gembas, and agency and 3rd party inspections.
• Strong ability to use HMX/Lean Practices and Principles to develop, deploy and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.
