Job summary
Ramboll US Corporation seeks a senior HSE leader for major projects in the Americas, focusing on aligning HSE planning, governance, resources and execution across EPC/EPCM delivery models. This role partners with Project Delivery, procurement, sales and engineering to embed HSE early in business development and project planning.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HSE with major projects experience, strong stakeholder influence, and ability to operate across multiple projects while maintaining
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- Professional HSE certification (CSP preferred or able to obtain CSP within agreed timeframe).
- 10+ years of progressive HSE experience, including major projects, EPC, EPCM or complex construction delivery models.
Responsibilities
- Lead alignment of HSE expectations, planning requirements and governance for major projects across the Americas (EPC/EPCM).
- Act as senior HSE point of coordination between GBA, Project Delivery, procurement, sales and tender management, engineering and commissioning.
- Ensure HSE is engaged early in business development, tendering, planning and delivery preparation.
