Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager for major EPC/EPCM projects in the United States. You will lead HSE planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring HSE requirements are embedded in contracts, procurement, and project plans.

You will mentor HSE teams, develop metrics, conduct audits, and act as the primary liaison with clients, regulators, and leadership to drive safe, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of site-based HSE experience on EPC projects, including consultancy environments.
• Experience supporting EPC/EPCM projects across multiple delivery phases.
• Knowledge of HSE planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE planning and budgeting for major EPC/EPCM projects.
• Embed HSE into contracts, procurement and contractor scopes.
• Identify and mitigate hazards; lead JHA and risk mitigation activities.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop HSE metrics, dashboards, and training programs.
• Oversee audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary HSE liaison with clients, regulators, and leadership.
