Job summary

Ramboll in the United States is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead HSE risk management for major EPC/EPCM projects. You will integrate HSE requirements into planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution, and mentor project HSE teams across the Americas.

You will oversee HSE performance, develop metrics dashboards, training programs, and safety initiatives to drive continuous improvement. You will lead audits, investigations, and corrective actions, and serve as the primary HSE liaison for

Qualifications

• 8+ years site-based HSE on EPC projects.
• 5+ years in engineering consultancy environments.
• Experience in HSE planning, tender support, risk assessment, budgeting, and deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926, ISO 9001/14001/45001; CSP/NEBOSH/CRSP or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; travel flexibility is a plus.

• Lead Project HSE Manager for EPC/EPCM and other delivery models.
• Integrate HSE into planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Embed HSE into contracts, procurement, and project execution plans.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, JHAs, and mitigations.
• Develop HSE dashboards, training, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Act as primary HSE liaison for clients, regulators, and leadership.
