Job summary

You will lead risk assessments, audits, training, and MOC activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed health, safety, and environmental practices into daily operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HSE within manufacturing, R&D, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HSE Management System to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental strategies, programs, and policies.
• Conduct site-level risk assessments with location teams and drive improvements.
• Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Ensure compliance with permits and certifications, and manage changes.
• Lead HSE audits and track performance of key metrics.
• Develop and maintain HSE training content and enrollments.
• Process new chemical inventory requests and maintain SDS database.
