Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior HSE professional to own health, safety and environmental programs across a leased data center campus. You will review design and commissioning packages to embed engineering controls, run hazardous energy controls, and manage workers’ compensation from first report through recovery.

You will maintain OSHA logs and environmental compliance across multiple sites, ensuring safe operations in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Experience running site safety on data center or heavy industrial builds.
• Ability to review design/commissioning packages for engineering controls.
• Experience handling workers compensation claims and working with adjusters.
• Proven ability to implement return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Experience maintaining OSHA records (300/300A/301) and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE across a leased campus or operator-controlled site.
• Review design and commissioning packages to incorporate hazard controls.
• Manage hazardous energy control (LOTO, switching plans, verification).
• Own workers compensation and case management from injury to recovery.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A/301 and applicable state filings; ensure compliance.
