Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to develop and coordinate safety and environmental programs across hyperscale data center construction sites and 24/7 facilities. You will conduct inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and deliver training aligned with OSHA standards.

You will work with contractors, site leadership, and corporate EH&S to implement Site Specific Safety Plans and environmental compliance, while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of construction or industrial safety experience, with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazard mitigation in high-energy environments.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, investigations, and safety training.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce EH&S policies for construction and operational data centers.
• Lead routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across sites.
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Deliver safety training and lead safety meetings with contractors and staff.
• Prepare weekly safety reports and coordinate with stakeholders.
