Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Commissioning Site Manager to lead owner responsibilities across multiple hyperscale data center sites in the New York area. You will oversee commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure tests meet ASHRAE/NETA standards.

This role focuses on schedule integrity, issue resolution, and rigorous turnover documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as commissioning lead on hyperscale data centers.
• Experience with Level 1–5 testing on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to manage schedules and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, BCxA, and NETA standards.
• Experience compiling turnover packages for operations teams.
• Bonus: BCxA/ASHRAE CxA certification; Level 4–5 test automation.

Aufgaben

• Act as the Owner's Commissioning Site Manager across multiple sites.
• Direct GCs, designers, commissioning agents, and vendors through Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning.
• Witness and verify pre-functional and functional testing in the field.
• Review commissioning plans, SOPs, test scripts against ASHRAE/NETA requirements.
• Own the commissioning schedule and issues log for each site.
• Troubleshoot startup and performance issues and drive fixes to closure.
