Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead safety across a leased campus and active data-center sites in the Buffalo, NY area. You will own safety programs, supervise incident response, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will review design and commissioning packages, implement engineering controls, and manage workers’ compensation processes. The role emphasizes proactive risk reduction and safe operating procedures on high-energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• You’ve run site safety on a data center or heavy industrial build.
• OSHA 30 Construction and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Experience reviewing design and commissioning packages and engineering controls.
• Workers' compensation claims handling with adjusters and clinicians.
• Built or run a return-to-work and transitional duty program.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE across a leased campus and active sites.
• Review design and commissioning packages for hazards and controls.
• Run hazardous energy control across electrical distribution and LOTO.
• Manage workers' compensation claims from first report through closure.
• Maintain OSHA logs (300/300A/301) and state permit records.
