Job summary

Fluidstack is expanding its HSE team to oversee safety across a campus that combines construction, commissioning, and live operation. You will lead hazard analysis, implement engineering controls, and manage energy controls across electrical distribution on site.

You will also own workers’ compensation case management, drive return-to-work programs, and ensure OSHA logs and compliance records are accurate and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Requires OSHA 30 Construction and current First Aid/CPR/AED.
• Experience reviewing design/ commissioning packages to embed engineering controls.
• Proven track record managing workers' compensation claims from first report to closure.
• Experience building or running return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE across a leased campus with construction, commissioning, and live operation.
• Review design/commissioning packages and push engineering controls into drawings.
• Run hazardous energy control processes, switching plans, LOTO, and zero-energy verification.
• Own workers' compensation case management from first report through closure.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A/301 logs and prepare for inspections or audits.
