Qualifications

• Manages multi-state workers compensation programs across multiple sites.
• Runs case management for high-severity injuries and returns-to-work.
• Builds/implements return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Leads industrial hygiene and ergonomics initiatives at sites.
• Owns OSHA recordkeeping across sites and ensures compliance.
• Turns claims and clinic data into actionable trends for leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own the workers compensation program across every business unit: data center ops, construction, manufacturing, and corporate.
• Run case management for all work-related injuries end to end, with a network of occupational health providers.
• Build a comprehensive return-to-work program with pre-defined transitional duties.
• Stand up IH and ergonomics programs for high-energy sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain OSHA logs and records across all sites and ensure audit readiness.
• Translate injury data into management dashboards for proactive decision making.
