Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Senior HSE Specialist – Customer Compliance to manage health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple customers and business lines in the United States. You will oversee qualification activities, support audits, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure accurate HSE information is maintained and updated.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into actionable tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HSE, customer compliance, contractor prequalification, safety administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer customer HSE compliance activities within Avetta, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, Achilles and other platforms.
• Maintain customer-facing safety information, questionnaires, and required documentation.
• Monitor qualification status, renewal dates, and corrective actions to avoid interruptions to field operations or bids.
• Identify gaps between customer requirements and Pearce programs, and coordinate appropriate responses.
