Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior HSE Coordinator to support an industrial services operation at an active facility in Wisconsin. The role reports to the Senior Regional HSE Manager and provides on-site HSE guidance to site leadership and project teams, ensuring company, client, and regulatory requirements are applied.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HSE or related field experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring others in safety.
• Experience in light industrial/high-risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and safety practices.
• Certification in Health and Safety or recognized safety designation.

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership in executing HSE requirements and safety controls.
• Conduct project-specific safety orientations for workers and visitors.
• Maintain HSE documentation and records (inspections, incident reports, SDSs).
• Perform regular site/project inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations and trend analysis.
• Provide HSE training and mentor site personnel on safety processes.
