Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior HSE Coordinator to support an industrial services operation on-site in Wisconsin. You will help site leadership and project teams apply company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements, conduct safety orientations, and drive continuous safety improvements.

You will maintain HSE documentation, participate in investigations, and mentor personnel on safety best practices while coordinating with regulatory bodies and clients.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of HSE or related field experience with leadership/mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and industrial safety practices.
• High school diploma plus relevant college/technical training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online HSE reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership in executing HSE requirements and safety controls.
• Conduct project safety orientations for workers and visitors.
• Inspect sites and projects to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation such as reports, SDSs, and emergency plans.
• Lead incident investigations and track trends for improvement.
• Serve as HSE point of contact for clients and regulators.
